InDepth Patient Advocates is an organization that assists clients and/or their families in navigating the complex healthcare arena. Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between patients and providers in order to ensure that they receive the resources and information they need to make the best possible healthcare decisions while working together to achieve the best possible outcomes. Moreover, because our organization is comprised of experienced nurses who are supported by a strong nurse support team, we are able to assist customers with a wide range of challenges, from geriatric assessments to complex health concerns. We also offer medication box refills, companion services, end-of-life support or planning, transportation to medical appointments, and many other services based on our clients needs.
