David L. Windsor has been involved in emergency services for
over 39 years. He has served as a volunteer firefighter, an EMT, and a law
enforcement officer. He was certified as an Indiana EMT for over 27 years.
He served the State of Indiana as a Conservation Officer for over 27years and is currently a Marine Patrol Deputy with the Mason County MI SHeriff's Office. He served two terms as president of an international training organization and
served on their board of directors from 1998 to 2008. He is a graduate of the
191st Session of the FBI National Academy and he is board certified in stress
management.
