For the past six years, Heavenly Care Agency has been providing excellent private
home care services in the Pembina Valley and Winnipeg areas to seniors, people
with mental and physical disabilities, palliative care individuals, etc. Our
staff is trained to assist clients with all aspects of daily living, including
bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication monitoring and other
daily care routines. We provide companion services to client appointments or
other required travel. In short, our clients come first. This has been done on
an in-home basis where we travel to the homes of clients and serve their needs
in an individual basis.

As we work in the southern communities, we have identified some needs; one being the shortage of government nursing and care facilities in the region, meaning
seniors and others needing personal care often get shipped to remote facilities
and families need to travel miles to visit their loved ones. That lead to the
creation of our first care home facility in Neuenberg/Winkler in January, 2024.
We offer daytime respite care, short time and indefinite stay.

The second need we have recently identified is the lack of consistent and reliable
availability of meal services to seniors, people with mental and physical
disabilities, and other vulnerable individuals, etc. It has become obvious
these vulnerable individuals do not have easy access to nutritional and tasty
meals on a daily bases. In response, we have expanded our services to provide
nutritional meals to the most vulnerable people in the community, and offer
delivery as necessary. This service is intended to be available 7 days a week,
offers delivery to your location, or arrangements can be made to accommodate
enjoying your meal at our facility.

A minimum order of three meals is required per delivery; orders must be placed 48
hours in advance, and a minimum of 24 hours notice required to modify or cancel
the order.

Arrangements for our meal services can be made on an individual basis, or through an organization or business. We have included for your convenience our Meal
Planning Calendar, and as well as daily Meal Menu.

In consideration of individuals with restricted diet, we are offering pureed, and
Gluten and Lactose free meals available upon special request.

Cost per regular meal: $10.00

Gluten, Lactose Free, and restricted diet meals: $15.00

Arrangements for our serices can be made on an individual basis, or by an organization on
behalf of their clients. At present this is inaugural and we are ‘Testing the
Waters’ to design a meal program that is seamless and cost efficient. We also
welcome a food services agreement that will serve to streamline our service to
you and make it a pleasant experience.
