About Me

  • Clinical Psychologist
  • School Psychologist

I watched the twin towers fall on 9/11.

While most were running from the carnage, I ran towards it, trying to help in
any way possible. That was the beginning of combining my concentrations in
crisis management, PTSD, CBT and public speaking to good use.

My telephone started ringing relatively quickly from organizations and
individuals in need of my services. Thankfully, the hospital I was working at
gave me time off to volunteer at organizations, large and small. I worked at
Cantor Fitzgerald, Bloomberg News, The Limited Inc.(eleven companies) and
others.

I gave group talks and seminars on how to address feelings in the workplace, at
home with children and how to manage the daily stress of life post 9/11 in New
York City.

As a Clinical and School Psychologist I was able to provide a unique perspective
to individuals of all ages dealing with traumatic stress.

This horrific act of terrorism also gave me the experience of working with our
first responders, survivors and people of all walks of life who came together
under terrifying conditions.

Hope and help. This is what experts in crisis management and traumatic stress
have to offer. I am one of those people and I am here to serve.
