River Rox Spa was opened to create a relaxing environment for people to "get away" just for a moment from the responsibilites of life. The owner is a Pastor's wife and a born and raised East Texas girl and wants to support the community she grew up in and feels like time to relax is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. The spa offers multiple services and will continue to add more as it grows. River Rox Spa currently offers massage, full body waxing, and facials (microdermabrasion, chemical peels, enzyme peels, microchanneling, acne treatments, led light therapy, and more). The spa has a selection of retail items in the lobby including Farm House Fresh products and Dermalogica as well as retail items from Kilgore's local ladie's as another way to support women and the community. Every person that comes in helps to support small businesses and we want you to know that you are appreciated!
