Cadence Consulting supports organisations to build capability. We take an organisational development perspective and use performance consulting tools to design solutions that lead to a change in behaviour and improved performance.
Although we are predominantly a learning and development company we recommend, advise on, and can design solutions to support desired change that are not training. We are also interested and competent in gathering data to help an organisation to understand needs and to plan for the future.
Our learning and development solutions include face-to-face facilitation, technology supported learning (on-line workshops, e-learning, learning communities, coaching tools) and other written resources. We are skilled at taking complicated concepts and making them accessible to a wider audience.
We are recognised for sharing knowledge and working as full partner with an organisation and ensuring that all initiatives can be managed and maintained beyond our involvement.
