Dear Sirs:

Re: Rev. Troy D. Ehlke, Th.M, CCPT, GC-C, SC-C, LMLC, MFPT, BCPC, BCCC

Troy has been employed by Winter Park Recovery Center (WPRC) and the Center For Life Sciences (CFLS) since August 2010. He was hired because of his broad educational achievements, superior intellect and extensive pastoral therapeutic experience. Winter Park Recovery Center is the largest private-pay outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility in Central Florida.

During assignments he has implemented comprehensive planning, proper execution of treatment plans (which he created), and demonstrated the verbal skills necessary to assist patients in completing initial Spirituality Assessments. He was also responsible for leadership of our Spirituality Groups each week, plus individual and couples counseling when assigned.

Troy became and essential part of our Treatment Team approach, which contributes to our high success rate for addicted patients. Through the CFLS we have expanded our addiction services to include gambling, sexual disorders, weight-loss (counseling for bariatric candidates), cocaine and pornography. The spiritual aspect of all addictions is an important adjunct to our core treatment modalities and Troy has grown into that responsibility successfully with enthusiasm.

Core treatments include group anger management, stress & anxiety mitigation, bereavement, fear, depression, guilt and self-esteem, all which are delivered within the group and individual therapeutic sessions.

Troy's past diversity of experience has contributed to his success at WPRC and he is currently being groomed for management of a future office in the Orlando area. He continues to expand his credentials and will soon enter college level courses to secure his LMHC. Troy will succeed in any endeavor he chooses and carries my highest recommendation for character, sincerity, compassion and purpose.

You may reach me at any time at the above address and contact information.

Sincerely,

Robert J. Nies, Jr.
President
