Professional Biography
I am a clinical social worker, licensed in the State of Louisiana. Throughout my over twenty years of practice, I have worked with many families and children in a clinical setting. I have contracted with numerous agencies to create, update, and implement suicide prevention and postvention programs. In addition, my private practice specializes in adolescent issues such as suicide, grief, and depression. This includes family and outpatient therapy as well as reintegration into the school system. In order to both recognize needs and to promote student mental health, I collaborate with various schools to provide inservice education to guidance counselors, teachers, and mental health providers.
