Professional Biography
Mr. Michael H.H. Feer, MS, MA, MSW, BCETS, CFT: Mr. Feer presents more than 30 years experience as an educator, therapist, mediator and social worker. He has taught high-risk, special needs, disabled and brain-injured students. As well, he has served as an adjunct professor at Cal. State Univ. in mediation and negotiation. Mr. Feer has been a professional mediator for 24 years; facilitating agreements for families, organizations, special educational needs and disabilities for the US Dept. of Justice. He has served as a social worker for Adult Protective Services. As a clinical social worker, Mr. Feer has worked with civilly-committed sex-offenders(SVPs) and with sex-offender registrants on parole.
Mr. Feer has been qualified as an expert witness for trials focused on disabilities-related issues. Recently he was qualified as an expert witness in a hearing challenging the constitutionality of residence restrictions for sex-offenders. Also offers extensive experience with natural/man-made trauma.
