Rev. Dr. Jasper William Hemphill, Jr., B.C.C.C., CSC: Over 25 years of varied counseling experience, including consultations and clinical services for state and federal, and correctional facilities.

Expertise in substance abuse assessment, education, intervention and treatment on both inpatient and outpatient basis, as well as with county/state inmates in correctional facilities and military veterans.

Expertise in integrating therapeutic modalities (individual, group, couples and family systems) to insure quality treatment is provided.

Expertise in working with individuals dealing with PTSD related issues, whether resulting from battering as a child or adult, combat experience or other major stressors.
