Dr. Steven E. Handwerker: Licensed clinical psychologist in 3 states (FL, NY, SD) working with individuals and families for 30 years. Worked with trauma victims from accidents and emotional abuse for 30 years in NY and Florida. Background in New York University and Hofstra University in Clinical and community psychology. First Membership Chair of Peace Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association for five years. Founder and Chair for the International Association for the Advancement of Human Welfare, Inc. 1997 a 501-c-3 organization involved with Global efforts to support peaceworkers who work with homeless children world wide. Founder and Chair for the Task Force on Peace and Spirituality in the Division of Peace Psychology of the APA. Provided expert witness and consultation for PTSD victims in NY and FL for the past 20 years.
