Julia Falco is a independent consultant and community leader based in Ottawa, ON who specializes in conflict transformation. She is skilled in conflict coaching, training, and mediation. Julia offers conflict services to the not-for-profit sector, small businesses, and communities. Before transitioning into the field of conflict management, Julia worked in the not-for-profit sector for 7 years with a focus on gender-based violence prevention and response, feminist research, and 2SLGBTQIA+ rights. Julia is completing a Certificate in Conflict Management from Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo. She holds a Masters in Gender Studies and Feminist Research from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
