Martha was born and raised in Peterborough then attended the University of Ottawa for both herundergraduate and law degrees, graduating in 2009. She stayed in Ottawa where she had the opportunity to work at well-respected law firms practicing family law, real estate, and wills and estates.
An unexpected opportunity for Martha's family came to return to Peterborough came and Martha jumped at it. She opened Sullivan Law Ptbo in April 2017. This practice is the firm that she had always wanted to work in: we use technology so that both our clients and ourselves can have better daily experiences. She considers it a great privilege to be able to practice law. Her experience litigating, negotiating, mediating and finding creative solutions leads both her and her clients to creative solutions.
