About Us
Senses Mindfulness Coaching is a local community mental health and wellness resource supporting individuals, couples, families and workplace cultures seeking to prevent mental health problems while building resiliency and supporting brain health, learning and development, optimal mental and emotional well being and the capacity to cope in the face of adversity. Individual, team and family coaching/counseeling services are offered both in person, over the phone or virtually. Senses also offers ongoing psycho-educational programs like Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Healthy Rhythms Drumming and Guided Imagery and Music for those seeking to rebuild their inner strengt/capacity and sense of beloning while within the context of a suppportive community. Collaboration and connection is a community's strength as Senses actively strives to create these opportunities and possibilties with others.
