About Us

Get ready for summer in a quiet relaxing lakefront location. Experience a quiet peaceful retreat year around on Beaver Dam. Summer and shoulder season includes the use of 3 kayaks, canoe and 3 paddle boats. 20' dock for fishing or swimming. New deck with great lake view and pellet grill.

The beds consist of 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and 1 rollaway for a total of 8 allowable guests. No add'l bedding/sleeping bags or airbeds are allowed for extra guests due to septic limitations.

The space

This is a duplex but with a very unique arrangement that allows for maximum privacy for both units. Separate entrances, decks, grill and HVAC systems.

Quiet street on the lake with 130' frontage. 2 docks, 1 for mooring boat and another for launching the kayaks and paddleboats. Boat landing about a mile away.

Property is a smoke/vaping free property.

Guest access

Laundry in unit. Private lower deck off of main living area and add'l deck off of master bedroom.

Other things to note

Strict quiet time policy after 10 pm. Neighbors are all working people.

Pet friendly but pet must be approved prior to arrival. There is an add'l pet fee for up to 2 dogs that must be paid prior to arrival. . No cats or bully breeds.
All dogs must be UTD on vaccinations thru the entire term of the reservation. Pets must be crated if left alone in the property. Crate is available for your use while visiting. You must bring your own pet bedding.

High speed internet for work from home/home schooling/staycation opportunities.
