Groundswell promotes community resilience through local food, education, outreach andschool programming. The focus of our work begins from a food focus and holistically connects to sustainable energy, water, and waste practices. Our flagship projects include the Community Greenhouse and Permaculture garden at the Groundswell site, as well as the Mount Nelson Community Garden. Community outreach initiatives and campus operations support learners of all ages to acquire skills, share knowledge and best practices, and encourage the pursuit of a healthy self and healthy Earth.
