Dr. Paradi has distinguished himself for his outstanding engineering innovation, in founding a successful computer software and service company and for leadership in establishing education programs in entrepreneurship for engineering students. He is currently the Executive Director Emeritus of the Centre for Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on the application of Operational Research techniques to service organization to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
