About Us

Clare works with sector associations, large firms and government bodies to help environmental experts develop and deliver the great training only they can do. Her training strategies produce a 1-page diagram of the many different skills across environmental disciplines.

This helps her clients identify criteria to prioritise the development and delivery of the most pressing topics. It also provides a navigation page where learners and trainers can readily see and choose between multiple technical training topics, as well as professional and sector development topics.

Clare provides a methodology to help trainees analyse the real productivity-sapping costs of incidents and near misses and build the business case for training. Her clients learn to use robust methods recognised by professional trainers and economists world-wide to measure and monetise their training outcomes across the four wellbeings – social, cultural, environmental and economic.

She uses locally relevant and globally recognised indicators and ensures that training outcomes can be aligned with organisational purpose and KPIs as well as the Government's outcome-based indicators for New Zealand's wellbeing economy.

Attendees find these methods work for environment, sustainability, health, safety and quality training, and help them comply with the Government's stringent new sustainable procurement rules and new environmental legislation.
