Dr. Jim Montgomery has been the lead structural engineer for the design and construction review of many significant, building, bridge, and specialty engineering projects across Canada. Building projects include the iconic Winspear Centre for Music. Throughout his years with Cohos Evamy and DIALOG, he has been the structural engineering principal, leading by setting the highest of professional standards. He anchored the growth of Cohos Evamy, shouldering senior partnership responsibilities as chief engineer and senior financial partner. He has also made ongoing commitments to the profession with years of volunteer service with APEGGA, the Consulting Engineers of Alberta, and on technical committees. He is a respected leader as a businessman, teacher, researcher, innovator and most of all an engineer.
