At Comfort Keepers, we understand that selecting the right resource for care and companionship at home can be a difficult decision. Since 2002 we have been providing industry leading standards of care, assisting thousands of families in the local area. During our initial assessment any questions or concerns are addressed and answered. Our expert Client Care Coordinators develop a personal care plan with clients and their families to ensure that we provide the best possible care.

Our caregivers, special people we call Comfort Keepers, undergo a rigorous screening and interviewing process. They complete multiple face-to-face interviews with staff members, pass extensive background checks including a national and county criminal background check, driving check and also have their professional and personal references checked.

Comfort Keepers undergo core training before they begin caring for a client, including, training on our unique type of care called "Interactive Caregiving" that considers the "whole person" and caring "with" versus caring "for" the client. We provide our caregivers with ongoing training opportunities in many areas such as dementia and Alzheimer's Disease care, and end of life care so we are able to meet the changing needs of our clients.
