Byaruhanga, PhD. The first Audiologist in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) for about 90 M  Pop. 20 years of experience in planning and implementing ear and hearing care. Founder of Centre for Education and Community Based Rehabilitation, the only one organization in the northern DR Congo offering specialized services (ENT & Audiology).
