Owner and operator, Chef Chris Humphries, brings over 30 years of culinary experience to Rustic Food & Catering Co. As a successful restaurateur and having a reputation for being on the cutting edge of culinary trends, numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants have consulted with Chris seeking his advice on menu design and kitchen operations.
