People are more than their diagnoses, and it is our Mission to support families and their loved ones by considering all needs: physical, psychological, social and spiritual. We strive to empower those we support at all stages throughout their life.

Our roots, since 1937, and primary location is in the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. While we are based in the Niagara Region, we are here to talk to and guide anyone seeking support.
