About Me
Mr. Carlin, the former CEO of The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., has overseen major rehabilitation of the Champlain, Jacques Cartier, and Mercier bridges in Montreal since 1989. For his ingenious solutions, quick thinking, and management skills, he has been named a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada, the Canadian Academy of Engineering, the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering, and is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers.
