About Me
Dr. Stephen Lye is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Physiology and Medicine at the University of Toronto. His research into pregnancy complications has been recognized worldwide for its innovation and he has challenged our thinking around the approach to caring for women with Premature Labour. He is the inaugural Executive Director of the Fraser Mustard Institute of Human Development and leads a large multi-disciplinary group of investigators focused on how the first 2000 days of life influence subsequent health, learning and social functioning. He is a passionate advocate for the health of women and children.
