About Me
Dr. Heinke distinguished himself in the fields of Environmental Engineering in Cold Regions and Urban Infrastructure Rehabilitation. He has championed measures to increase linkages between engineering faculties and industry and has published a major undergraduate text book on Environmental Science and Engineering. He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Toronto.
