About Us

The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area was created by the Municipality of Leamington Council by the approval of by-law 3007, 323-13, 3022, and 04-21.The mandate of the BIA is to develop the uptown core through beautification, general improvements and upgrades, promotion, events and marketing.The Uptown Leamington BIA ncludes over 200 businesses in the BIA defined area which goes south to the Russell St.and Erie St. S. intersection, north to the John St./Nelson St. and Erie St. N. intersection, west to Fox St./Albert St. and Talbot St. W. intersection and east to Victoria St. and Talbot St. E. intersection.
