Located in the town of Jordan, Ontario, Pearl Morissette Estate Winery is a unique partnership born in 2007 between Toronto-based developer, Mel Pearl and Burgundy trained vignernon, François Morissette.
They share the same uncompromising vision that values a traditional and non-interventive approach to wine growing in order to deliver premium quality wines.
At Pearl Morissette, we produce wines from estate vineyards maintained by a set of rigorous standards. We aim to show the inherent beauty of the Niagara wine region through a process of exploration and integrity, as we grow and harvest our fruit with a philosophy that values tradition and honours sustainable practices. Our portfolio of selected wines is the result of patient observation and learning, to define which grape varietal expresses the best in wine for Niagara.
