Art Council

The Toe River Arts Council connects the arts with the community through programs and services to local schools and all residents. Also, the Arts Council mounts monthly exhibits at their Spruce Pine Gallery, opens their upstairs facilities to like-minded organizations for meetings, workshops, and rental opportunities, and operates a juried consignment gift shop on the first floor.
