SMUN (Start Me Up Niagara) is a busy happening place that welcomes all 365 days a year. It offers a variety of services to many who face significant life challenges such as poverty, homelessness, unemployment, disabilities, addictions and mental illness. Services range from daily drop in, community lunches, health care, income maximization, arts, garden, housing supports and employment development. SMUN works to build a community where all are included. Encouragement, respect and practical support underpin our work so that people have the opportunities to stabilize, participate, and grow.
