Offering taekwondo classes for ages six and up, with family rates available.  I believe in building students up to their unique potential while adhering to the values of Taekwondo, in an all inclusive environment.  Taekwondo involves hand and foot strikes, along with series of movements that develop self defence training.  We also do contact sparring in a safe, respectful environment.
