Manitoba Egg Farmers (MEF) represents 170 regulated egg and pullet farmers in the province of Manitoba. Egg farmers are the primary caregivers of their hens that produce 64 million dozen eggs each year. They provide the food service industry and retail marketplace with a variety of nutritious, locally produced eggs to choose from.
