ABOUT US Dr. Alexander founded Alexander Equine Veterinary Services in 1997 in Hillsboro, Oregon. After 16 years at an equine hospital and surgery center in Texas, he relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to open his own practice and be closer to the mountains, ocean and trees.
