Born and raised in Vancouver in an Anglo-Hispanic household, Gabriel grew up fully bilingual in Spanish and English with an intimate understanding of the linguistic nuances of both cultures. In 2007, he moved from Canada to Mexico where he worked as a certified translator for the Judiciary of the State of Jalisco.
