Dr. Franco is li­censed to practice psy­chol­ogy in the state of New York, the state of Maryland, the state of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the George Washington University. Dr. Franco completed her internship at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry.
