As the Waste Reduction and Recycling Educator, I provide Youth Recycling Education, General Public Education and Outreach, Industry and Small Business Outreach as well as educational support for the semi-annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events, Electronics Recycling and the Chemung County Adopt-A-Highway Program, promoting responsible waste management.Rebecca Spallone: Chemung County Cornell Cooperative Extension Community Energy AdvisorI was employed with Chemung County Cornell Cooperative Extension for 10 years and recently rejoined the team last October as the Chemung County Community Energy Advisor.
