We will focus on growing active listening skills, building trust among our team, learning how to provide feedback in an empowering manner, increasing confidence within our supervisees, and learning how to motivate and engage those who work for us.About the Presenter:Kelly is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of New York. Her educational background focused on Criminal Justice, Sociology and Life Coaching, until she graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master's in Social Work, and a concentration in Military Counseling, in 2019. Prior to working for Clinical Associates, Kelly worked for Chemung County, Children and Family Services for over 11 years, supporting children placed outside of their birth parents home, in foster or a relative's care, while working with the birth parents towards reunification. Kelly believes in meeting the client where they are at and follows a Rogerian style, in which she helps the client work out their own solutions. She is Trauma-informed, solution-focused and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based practices.
