Property managers and regional managers who are accountable for Enterprise Income Verifications on Section 8 properties
There have been numerous requests for training on Enterprise Income Verifications (EIV).
In "EIV Fundamentals," we will start with an overview of the history of the EIV system, then go over:
- who should and should not have access;
- mandatory requirements and how they impact the development/user;
- information to include in policies, procedures, and/or tenant selection plans;
- required reports;
- reading and investigating failed reports; and,
- documenting the file.
We will also discuss reviewing reports with tenants and writing a repayment agreement.
This is an essential training for Section 8 properties. Questions are welcome!
