Annie Murphy is a partner at Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn & Krohn, LLP. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, estate planning/probate, and civil litigation.
She represents housing providers, tenants, owners, lessors, and property managers in litigation and contract negotiation. She drafts leases (residential, commercial, medical office, farm, agriculture, grazing, and hunting), property management agreements, lease applications, House or Community Rules, and special policies (e.g., smoke free, marijuana, firearm/weapon, and crime-free). She also defends landlords, housing authorities, and owners/managers in fair housing disputes. Annie provides consulting services on topics including multifamily smoke-free policies, fair housing issues, lease drafting, terminating tenancies, HUD rules, regulations, and recommendations.
Annie listens to her clients' wishes and helps them preserve their assets and plan for their future goals.
