Workshop Description:
This class will address the symbiotic relationship between foot function and reflexology and organized so you will be able to incorporate this information and protocol into your practice immediately.
Learning Objectives:
- Define Structural Reflexology®
- Demonstrate how reflexology relates to foot function.
- Outline the basic structure and function of feet.
- Understand how to assess feet reflexively and locally.
- Understand the impact certain shoes have on foot mechanics and the body.
- Demonstrate how to release muscle and joint tension causing foot problems.
