Have you ever had the thought, "Hey, this is a no-pets building!"?

You are not alone, and this webinar is for you. The session will include an overview of the Fair Housing Act and to whom it applies. We will define "disability," and specify who is covered by the Act.

We will also:

  • define and compare companion vs. service animals;
  • specify what is required of a housing provider regarding animals;
  • provide guidance on how to avoid complaints; and
  • discuss the 2016 changes to the law regarding service and assistance animals.

Come learn why treating everybody the same may actually get you in trouble!
