The STIBC is offering an online workshop to assist with preparation for CTTIC certification exams. Members are invited to register for six Wednesday evenings starting on May 17th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a one-week break during this time, and the workshops will conclude on June 28th. These workshops are specifically designed for members who are interested in passing the certification exam from any foreign language into English. During the 2-hour period webinars, participants will be directed to locate their own suitable texts, and the instructor will offer some corrections and discuss common issues in greater detail. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions. It's important to note that this is a multilingual workshop, but feedback will only be provided on the appropriate use of English. Silvia Xalabardé, an experienced translator and interpreter, will be leading the workshops. A minimum of eight associate members are required to run the webinars, with a maximum of twelve.
