Member companies may add up to 4 additional staff per company at the discounted member rates shown until August 31. Staff not included in the company's membership must be registered at the non-member rates. Refer to the CPA website for booth availability. Select your top 3 choices, as sold booths may not appear online immediately.Registration fees include Opening Reception, Awards Luncheon and Tuesday Evening Wind-Up Dinner. Exhibit staff are asked further in this form to RSVP for these events for planning purposes.
