Manitoba Nursery Landscape Association recognizes the high standard of expertise in the landscape industry through the annual MBNLA Awards of Excellence. These prestigious awards recognize the year's best in creating the exceptional gardens and landscapes and honors the outstanding skill and workmanship of Manitoba's landscape professionals in various project categories ranging from $10,000 to more than $150,000.

Each year, landscape installation, maintenance and design firms and garden centres, submit their best projects. These projects are evaluated against rigorous criteria by highly accredited judges selected from various sectors of the horticulture industry including municipal and public gardens, nurseries, landscape companies, landscape architect firms, educational institutions, garden communications and garden centres.

Showcase your favorite projects in the Installation, Maintenance and Design Awards of Excellence Program. Be recognized by your peers. Promote your business. Inspire others.

Should your project win an Award of Excellence and be eligible for a National Award video submissions are expected at the national level.

The project will have been entered under the Installation, Maintenance, Garden centres or Design category, but belong to newer member (company in existence for 3 years or less) NEW

 

·       One award in total

·       Must meet the LOWERED minimum threshold of 60 points instead of 80 points required for the award of Merit.

·       The same pre-determined criteria will be used to judge the entry

·       Cannot win one of the above standard awards

·       One award will be given.

 

 

Residential Installation

Commercial Installation

Entries must have been completed within THREE years of the entry deadline. Projects in this category include multi-residential, commercial or industrial installations. Applicants will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the project worksheet and upload photos upon completion of the entry registration.

Private Residential Maintenance

Entries must have been maintained by the applicant a minimum of TWO years prior to the entry deadline. Projects in this category include single family homes. Applicants will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the project worksheet and upload photos upon completion of the entry registration.

Multi-Unit Residential Maintenance

Entries must have been maintained by the applicant a minimum of TWO years prior to the entry deadline. Projects in this category may include condominiums, townhouses or apartments. Applicants will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the project worksheet and upload photos upon completion of the entry registration.

Commercial Maintenance
