Join us for a BILD Calgary Region Members Mixer on May 16th from 3pm - 6pm!

BILD will be presenting the second nominating report for the upcoming AGM being held on June 20th. BILD will be communicating the following:

number of persons to be elected to the Board of Directors;
slate of current candidates for those positions;
asking for further nominations for those positions from Members at this meeting;
advising Members that nominations for the post of Director cannot be made after the conclusion of this meeting; and
advising Members of such other matters as may be relevant to the election being held, including the manner of voting, the persons eligible and other matters as applicable.

Located on the atrium level of Trolley 5 Brewpub, this is a great opportunity to mingle with fellow members, as well as BILD Calgary Region staff and members of our Board of Directors.

Tickets are $20 and include appetizers and 2 drink tickets. Ticket sales will end at NOON on May 13th.

Due to space, a limit of 5 people per company will be able to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: BILD Calgary Region is moving away from invoicing for events and will be requiring attendees to purchase tickets beforehand online with a credit card. You must also be a member in good standing with all fees paid to attend BILD Calgary Region member events.
