CB55+ is pleased to announce this spring's return of Jon Preston, our esteemed bridge instructor! Our initial offering this spring will be the Beginner Bridge, offered at the Centre on Monday afternoons from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, from March 25th to May 6th. The course follows Audrey Grant's "Bridge Basics 1 -- An Introduction." The course fee of $55 includes a copy of this book. If you have a copy already, the fee is $40.This course introduces the mechanics of bridge and will take you through three core areas of the game: bidding, play and defence. The concepts are presented in a clear, well-organized format. By the end of this course, you will be available to join the CB55+ Monday drop-in beginner bridge group! The course limit is 24.
