First Event will be Monday, May 6th, 18:30 (providing weather cooperates)

The HVCA Outdoor Youth Slo-pitch and T-ball (Coach Pitch) Grass Roots Program will run from May until the end of June in the HVCA community. This is the registration page.

The Program is open to youth from 6 through 12 years of age from HVCA Member or associate households.
  • Youth from 6-12 years of age will be registered for T-Ball/Coach Pitch program on Monday nights at 6:30 PM

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

An active HVCA membership, and member login, is required before you can sign up. If Section 1 is not visible, you will need to log in to the site with your HVCA Member credentials. You may need to adjust your browser's third-party cookie settings: a link will appear if that applies to your browser.
  • The fee is $25 per youth for the season (non-refundable).  Multiple youth from the same HVCA Member household (up to 8) may be registered at the same time.
  • A liability waiver and code of conduct agreement is part of the registration process. Compliance must be indicated at the time of registration by an adult on behalf of the youth being registered.
Note: households outside the Hidden Valley/Hanson Ranch area will be assigned an Associate status when purchasing a membership. If you have an active membership, and you are not logged in, the form will prompt you to log in when you begin the registration process. If you know you need to purchase a membership, click here.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
There are two sections to complete.  Missing information may result in an application that is subsequently rejected.  Make sure your registration includes: 
  1. the names. ages and dates of birth of the youth participating (up to eight from one household, date of birth is required for the online waiver), and 
  2. completing the online waiver and code of conduct agreement.  
All information is collected and handled in accordance with the HVCA Privacy Policy

The waiver and Code of Conduct ensures that the volunteer-run Baseball Program operates safely and provides a good experience for all players and volunteers. Breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in corrective actions to restore safety, including - but not limited to - removing the attendee/player in breach of the Code from the Baseball program, with or without any refund of fees paid in respect of the Registration or Program at the decision of the Program Coordinator, Sports Director, and/or HVCA Board of Directors and/or Executive Directors.
