Join us for our Mentorship Breakfast on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021.

Our featured mentor is Christine Tschetter, Director Project Services, at RAM Consulting where she oversees Quality Management, Inspection Services, Safety Management, Document Control and Procurement and Contract Management. Christine is a member of RAM's executive leadership team and currently manages the largest department at what has been named Canada's fastest growing professional services firm for three consecutive years, as per Canadian Business and Maclean's definitive ranking of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies.

Christine has experience in a large variety of infrastructure projects across Western Canada including utility, energy, and transportation. In addition to her passion for leadership, she has proven capability in construction and contract management, strategy development, and planning.
Christine is one of the founders of RAM's mentorship program for women and is always willing to make herself available to any team member for guidance, advice, or general support. She is extremely dedicated and driven in her goal of inviting and encouraging more women into the infrastructure industry, and by bringing this awareness to RAM, has consistently improved gender diversity, year over year.

Outside of RAM, Christine is an avid snowboarder, hiker and general explorer. She also coaches Powerlifting for Special Olympics BC, helping athletes with intellectual disabilities find their strength and abilities.
