While most people would like to create an organized workspace, very few have an effective method of doing so. At January's Speaker Event, Christy Nikel will share a practical approach to implementing the 5S system for workplace organization including:

The many benefits of maintaining a clean and organized work environment (at work or at home!)
Step by step instructions on how to implement the 5S system
The most common mistakes made during 5S sessions and how to avoid them
Simple tools for fostering collaboration, preparing for change, and do's and don'ts for delivery

Christy Nikel is the President and Principal of Lean U Consulting, located in Kelowna BC. As a Master Lean Black Belt with more than 18 years of experience teaching and applying the tools, her goal is to share Lean thinking in a practical, effective, and energizing way.
