Come join us as we explore energy play-yoga that draws upon and amplifies our frequencies. As we become more connected to the charge of our energetic system, we are able to achieve a deeper sense of pleasure/pain through what really gets us off. We will begin with an educational component, focusing on fundamentals and exploring the origins of the practice. Participants will be guided through a tantric yoga kriya, a set of asanas, with demonstrations of each pose. Following, participants will pair off and do the venus kriya, an exchange of energy using breathwork and gazing.This workshop series is for anyone and everyone. Please come in any type of clothing that exalts your soul and makes you feel beautiful! Keep in mind we will be moving our bodies and sitting on the ground. We will have a few mats and padded surfaces available. Attendees are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets or anything else to ensure comfort or make them feel sensual (flowers, crystals, etc.!)
